EUR and USD amounts are approximate. AUD is the base currency for payment.
Refund Policy
Author Registration
All author registrations (required to be paid by 1 May 2026) are non-refundable. A full registration fee will be charged once the paper is accepted and included in the conference proceedings.
Attendee Registration
- Cancellations received on or before 31 May 2026 will incur a 20% administrative fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
- Cancellations made on or after 1 June 2026 are non-refundable.
General Conditions
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ryan.z@intelliaevents.com.au.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the registrant.
